I provide outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. I foster a high level of parent involvement in child related work, while adolescents tend to work more independently with parent consultation as needed. I provide psychotherapy to treat anxiety (social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, selective mutism), ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, and body focused repetitive behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking, thumb sucking, etc.). I also treat adjustment challenges, parent-child conflict, interpersonal problems, grief and sleep difficulties. I offer behavioral parent training, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family therapy. While I have experience working with all ages, I have a specialization in early childhood.
